I am retired as University Lecturer in Late-Roman History, and currently Editor of Roman Inscriptions of Britain. My books include Tabellae Sulis (the Bath curse tablets), Britannia Romana: Roman Inscriptions and Roman Britain, and Roman London's First Voices (the Bloomberg tablets). I am about to publish The Uley Tablets with Oxford University Press.
